Pradnya Bhagwatkar
(Head of Animation & VFX Stream)
Pradnya Bhagwatkar is the head and primary mentor of the entire Graphics and Animation Department. After working in companies such as “Prime Focus Ltd.,” and “Reliance Media Works (VFX)” for 12 years in the field of production as a 3D modeler and Match-Move artist, she has also worked as a Senior Faculty Member in several institutes such as CMIT, CAT Education, Keerti Computers, Boston Computers, 2D Animation, Walk-in, etc.
With a teaching experience of more than 17 years, she has also played a role in projects within the Films and Advertising Industries, which are inclusive of both Bollywood and Hollywood movies such as “Wanted, Ghajini, Tashan, Housefull, Raavan, Shark Night, Rock of Age, The Watch, etc. She has worked on more than 35 advertisements for TV Channels with agencies such as ‘Designer’. With a profile like hers and the expertise she has in the industry, students can expect to benefit largely from e-Drishyam, in a way that prepares them to apply what they have learned in the professional zone.
Abhir Musalgaonkar
Abhir Musalgaonkar is our talented, well-experienced faculty member who has also contributed to the film industry. He has worked at Prime Focus, Live India, and Post House for not less than 6-12 months. He has worked in the capacity of visiting faculty at ‘Arena’ in Bandra, Goregaon, Malad, Versova, and Ville Parle. He worked on projects such as ‘Nagin’ the hit television serial; ‘Sultan’ the blockbuster movie and ‘OMG yeah Mera India’. He is hence thorough with his knowledge and an excellent add on to our institute
Rohit Pradhan
Rohit is a well-recognised talent in the industry and has worked on many notable projects. He has completed MA in Audio Production from the University of Westminster, UK and has almost two decades of experience in Audio Engineering. Rohit has a unique set of skills in presenting turnkey Audio-Video and Acoustic Solutions for recording studios, home theatres, performance avenues, recital halls and community halls. He has worked on multiple movies as a sound designer and a few of his notable works are Khel Mandala, Sharyat, Yellow Bioscope, Abaa Aiktay Na. He has also done setup designs and studios, home theatres and performance venues. Being a gifted audio engineer, Rohit has bagged British Council Alumni Award for Professional Achievement’ at a very young age. He then won the prestigious Filmfare Award for Sound Design’ for the film Rege’ IMMFA award for the movie’ Yellow’ was one of the most notable awards. He was the TEDx speaker at the Goa Institute of Management. Rohit is currently the director at Mixbox Studios in Thane.
Nazarr Khan
A veteran in the film and television for almost three decades, Nazarr Khan is the most experienced faculty of acting. He has worked along with numerous talented and esteemed individuals in the industry. He has understood a profound perception of the ability to narrate to thousands of people through the art of filmmaking. Being a multi-talented individual as a Writer, Director, Actor, and Film Craft Professor Nazarr concentrates on knowing the genuine purpose of life by examining its varied experience of it. He has acted in several blockbusters like Rang De Basanti, Kabul Express, Shortkut, Khalnayak, Saudagar, Balwaan, Sanam, Pardesi Babu, Pyar Deewana Hota Hai, Tera Mera Saat Rahe, and Tathastu.
Prachi Shailesh
Ms. Prachi Shailesh has made her mark as a choreographer in the industry for more than a decade. She began her career in 2004 through Zee Marathi Awards, then known as Alfa Gaurav, and has not looked back. A few of her notable works as a choreographer are Ateeth (Hindi), Tu Ka Patil (Marathi), Halla Bol, a Dance Reality Show for ETV Marathi. She also directed a Marathi album Pori Ladhayacha Shik on the occasion of International Women’s Day. Apart from all this, she also performed and assisted various well-known choreographers like the late Ms. Saroj Khan and Mr. Umesh Jadhav.
